About Dr. Christine Brown, PT, DPT
Dr. Christine Brown (Prange) graduated from University of California San Francisco / San Francisco State University with her doctorate in physical therapy in 2014 and has 7 years experience in outpatient orthopedics. She has treated patients of all ages in orthopedics, and has extensive experience with chronic pain, complex-regional pain syndrome, connective tissue disorders, post-surgical patients, and more. She believes in an eclectic approach to patient care and has training in a variety of manual therapy and movement techniques to allow her to help each patient with their specific needs. Dr. Brown is NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) Level 1 certified and uses this to guide her treatment. Dr. Brown believes in partnering with the patient to maximize function, optimize performance, improve movement and help the patient meet their goals. She recognizes the importance of treating each person holistically and, above all, listening well to improve the patients quality of life.
Dr. Brown is a Los Angeles native and continues to love living in and exploring LA. She also loves nature, hiking, mountains and beaches. She has a background in ballet and piano and draws from her artistic side in her physical therapy practice. She loves playing tennis, spending time with her family, and playing with her silly rescue dog, Lucy.
